• You are a real person using your own face, name, and voice — no impersonation, no bots, no proxies.
• You are not on any sanctions list and not barred by law from using social platforms.
• You have the legal right to use any media you upload.

One human, one account. You're responsible for everything that happens under your login — including any matches, messages, posts, and live sessions. Keep your credentials private and tell us immediately at hello@notdone.space if you think someone else has access.

• Be respectful. Flirt boldly, harass never.
• No nudity in profile photos, posts, live sessions, or comments. Take that to private chat with mutual consent.
• No solicitation — escorting, sugar arrangements, fundraising, MLM, crypto pitches.
• No hate speech, slurs, or content targeting people for who they are.
• No minors — under any circumstance, on any surface.
• No off-platform contact requests with anyone you haven't matched with first.

We can suspend or terminate any account at any time, with or without notice, for breaking these rules, for behavior that endangers other members, or for repeated reports. Ban evasion (new accounts after removal) is itself a violation.

You keep ownership of everything you post. By posting, you grant NOT DONE! a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and deliver your content to other members on the platform — solely so the service can function. You can delete your content at any time and the license ends with it (cached copies aside).

The service is provided "as is." We don't guarantee matches, uptime, or outcomes. To the extent the law allows, NOT DONE!, its operators, and NJLT1 are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Disputes are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, and resolved by binding arbitration in San Francisco, except where prohibited by your local consumer law. You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of joining by writing to legal@notdone.space.

We update these terms as the room evolves. Material changes will be announced in-app. Your continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
