The fine print, in plain English.

• You must be at least 18 years old. NOT DONE! is designed for adults 55+; we strictly prohibit minors.
• You must provide truthful, accurate information about yourself.
• One account per person. No impersonation, no fake profiles, no bots.
• If you've been removed from NOT DONE! before, you may not create a new account.

Allowed: Authentic photos and videos of yourself, your interests, your life. Honest captions. Respectful conversation.

Not allowed — and grounds for removal:

• Nudity, pornography, or sexually explicit imagery in profile photos, posts, or live streams.
• Hate speech, slurs, harassment, threats, or content targeting any group based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, or age.
• Content depicting or sexualizing minors. We report this to NCMEC and law enforcement immediately.
• Solicitation of money, prostitution, escort services, or commercial activity.
• Sale or promotion of drugs, weapons, or other illegal goods.
• Doxxing — sharing anyone's private information without consent.
• Spam, scams, phishing links, malware, or coordinated inauthentic behavior.
• Content you don't have the right to share (copyrighted material, others' photos).

• We do not conduct criminal background checks on members. We do not verify employment, marital status, health status, or financial claims.
• You meet, message, and date at your own risk. Use the safety guide and your own judgment.
• NOT DONE! is not responsible for the conduct of its members, online or offline. Disputes between members are between members.
• Posts disappear after 48 hours and live streams are not recorded by us — but we cannot prevent other members from screenshotting or recording. Assume anything you share could persist.

Articles, resources, and links on NOT DONE! — including in the Safety center — are for educational purposes only. They are not medical advice, not legal advice, and not a substitute for professional care. Always consult a licensed doctor about your health and a licensed attorney about your legal questions.

Mention of HIV, PrEP, STIs, mental health resources, or hotlines reflects publicly available information at the time of writing and may not reflect the latest guidance. Verify with your healthcare provider or the linked source.

• You own the content you post. By posting, you grant NOT DONE! a limited license to host, display, and distribute it within the platform so we can show it to other members.
• When a post expires or you delete it, we remove it from active feeds. Backups and logs may persist for a limited time for safety and legal compliance.
• We collect the minimum data needed to run the service: account credentials, profile info, messages, and basic usage logs. We don't sell your personal data.
• You can request export or deletion of your account at any time by emailing privacy@notdone.space.
• Law enforcement requests are handled according to applicable law. We will notify you unless legally prohibited.

NOT DONE! is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, NOT DONE!, NJLT1, and their officers, employees, and contractors are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or emotional distress — arising from your use of the platform or interactions with other members.

Some jurisdictions don't allow limitation of certain damages. In those places, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted.

We may suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms, harms other members, or puts the platform at legal risk. You may delete your account at any time. Some legal obligations (record-keeping, tax, safety reports) survive termination.

These disclaimers are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where NJLT1 is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in-app. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
